Rest and self-care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.

Now that I’m in my mid-sixties, I see that developing skill in self-care and developing skill in care of others are two sides of the same coin. They are both lifelong endeavors.
